We’re on a mission to help every person on the planet flourish. This isn’t going to be easy. Are you up for the challenge?

We’re a non-traditional organization with a strong culture, a meaningful and profitable business model, great perks, and exceptional people. Broadly speaking, we follow many principles from conscious capitalism and teal organizational theory. We honor all stakeholders and we have no “employees” per se. Instead we have conscious agents voluntarily collaborating with us to achieve our mission.

We also have a results-only work environment, collaborative strategic decision-making, open book management, an internally public team contributions dashboard, a strong focus on team member’s personal and professional growth, and flexible compensation levels tied to performance. 

We don’t endorse some standard hiring conventions, so expect our process to be different. To save your time and energy, we declare Crocker’s rules. Ask us anything.
