We identify with many (but not all) principles from rationality, effective altruism, conscious capitalism, and teal organizational theory.

We have a results-only work environment, collaborative strategic decision-making, open book management, an internally public team contributions dashboard, a strong focus on team member’s personal and professional growth, and flexible compensation levels tied to performance. 

We don’t believe in many standard hiring conventions, so expect our process to be different. To save your time and energy, we declare Crocker’s rules. Ask us anything.
