Broadly speaking, we follow many principles from conscious capitalism and teal organizational theory. We honor all stakeholders and we have no “employees” per se. Instead we have conscious agents voluntarily collaborating with us to achieve our mission.
We also have a results-only work environment, collaborative strategic decision-making, open book management, an internally public team contributions dashboard, a strong focus on team member’s personal and professional growth, and flexible compensation levels tied to performance.
