“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”
How we work
We’re on a mission to help every person on the planet flourish. This isn’t going to be easy. Are you up for the challenge?
We’re a non-traditional organization with a strong culture, a meaningful and profitable business model, great perks, and exceptional people. Broadly speaking, we follow many principles from conscious capitalism and teal organizational theory. We honor all stakeholders and we have no “employees” per se. Instead we have conscious agents voluntarily collaborating with us to achieve our mission.
We also have a results-only work environment, collaborative strategic decision-making, open book management, an internally public team contributions dashboard, a strong focus on team member’s personal and professional growth, and flexible compensation levels tied to value creation.
We don’t endorse some standard hiring conventions, so expect our process to be different. To save your time and energy, we declare Crocker’s rules. Ask us anything.
Before you apply…
You are amazing! All humans are. But that doesn’t necessarily mean working together would make sense. Please carefully read the job descriptions. If you’re excited by the opportunity and feel there might be a fit, please apply.
As a heads up, if you design and begin diligently executing your own UP, you will substantially improve your odds of getting an offer from us. And it doesn’t hurt if you engage with us on social media, propose ways we might improve (and explain how you might help us enact those improvements), and be real when communicating with us. No business-speak, please.
Reach out. We’re eager to start developing our UP life goal attainment platform.
The Chief Operating Officer serves as the link between our strategic objectives and our day-to-day operational systems, policies, and procedures.
The Lead UP Coach manages our team of coaches and continuously improves UP as an intervention, while also supporting selected clients.
Our UP Coaches design and execute multi-month or multi-year behavior change interventions to help our clients achieve their life goals.
Our Executive Assistants increase the strategic focus of our senior team and clients by helping with the smooth running of their personal and professional work.
We’re always looking for capable, value-aligned people (especially those with skill in growth marketing, design, operations, research, etc.). So if you don’t see an open role that feels right for you, please reach out. In some cases, we may be able to create a full-time, part-time or ad hoc role tailored for you.
